Richard Roberts has a story to share. That makes, that’s the difference. You can understand that being in the ministry. You understand that because you’re not working for a job, you’re not working for an institution. You’re not working for the establishment, so to say, so to speak. You’re working for God and it’s your ministry. And so every time a nurse goes in there she’s not just working on a patient that she learned in the college or something, she is actually ministering.
And ministry, the definition that I have come up for ministry, now there’s many definitions, but one of them is, giving of yourself so that others can be blessed. And that’s what they feel. That’s the difference that they feel in this whole place. That’s why when you walk in this place, honey, you feel it because people are ministering, doing what God has called them to do in a ministry. That makes it entirely different.
Now, Ken, let me ask you this question. You’re Kenneth Hagin’s son. I’m Oral Roberts’ son. We have a lot in common. Of course you’re a little older than I am. A year or two. But, Ken, someone … Not a few years. Oh, no, no, no, you’re not too much older. But someone may be watching today and they said, “But now, wait a minute. Ken Hagin, you’re a man of faith.” “What are you doing with your son and your wife in a medical center?”
Well, number one, is that I have never been against medicine. Now let’s go back to the Word of God. The Word of God says, “Every good and perfect gift cometh down from the father above,” right? Yes, that’s what it says. Then healing is good, whether it’s coming from God, which is divine healing, or through medical science, which is considered medical healing. They’re both from God. It’s all coming from God.
It’s all coming from God. Now, there is divine healing, where God actually intervenes and divinely … Supernatural miracle. Supernaturally does something. Someone watching this program bring a word of knowledge, an ear pops open, hearing, that’s a supernatural miracle, cannot be denied.
